Is your web site secure?
Interior 51.com is a secure website. The site is a Yahoo merchant solution e-commerce site. As such, it protects your customer data with the same encryption technology used by banks. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. SSL offers the highest level of encryption supported by commercial web browsers and follows the standards established by credit card leaders such as Visa and MasterCard. All of your personal information including your credit card information is stored in encrypted format at all times.
What are my payment options?
Interior51 accepts most major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment.
Do I get an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order, usually within 15 minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your junk email folder for an email confirmation. If it's not there, please contact us and we'll confirm it for you.
Do you charge taxes?
You will only be required to pay taxes if you are a Massachusetts resident. Interior51.com is required by law to charge, report and pay sales tax on items shipped to addresses in Massachusetts, where we are located. Sales Tax will not be charged to orders shipped to other states.

Interior 51.com ships via UPS to residential and commercial locations.
During checkout, you will be presented with several UPS shipping options.
Do you ship internationally?
Interior 51.com can ship orders internationally. Please place your order and we will contact you with the best shipping cost to your location. We will not process your order or charge your method of payment until you have agreed to your quoted shipping charges.
Placing an international order
We ship to Canada and almost any address in the world. However, our UPS real-time shipping quote system will not provide real-time quotes for international orders at this time. To place an international order, please select the items you want, add billing and shipping info and submit. We will contact you after receiving your order with the best-priced shipping option.
Upon receiving your approval, we will ship ordered items to you and charge your method of payment for items plus shipping. We will not charge your method of payment for shipping charges you have not seen or agreed to.
Large Orders Shipping
Our checkout system is configured to provide accurate, real-time UPS shipping quotes. However, because UPS groups large orders by weight, large orders often exceed the UPS limit of 150 lbs dimensional ship weight. When this happens, our checkout system will give you a warning and will not configure real-time shipping charges. In this event, please place your order and we will contact you with the best-priced shipping option. Oftentimes, this is UPS, and since we ship items in separate boxes, we are under the UPS limit. For larger orders, our shipping experts have been able to save customers upwards of $200 dollars on shipping by selecting alternative shipping methods.

Everyday, we ship metal laminate sheet goods all over the world. We're experienced at shipping and our shipping experts are able to look at an order and quickly determine what shipping option- UPS, common carrier and more - will be the most inexpensive. We then forward that info to you.

My order arrived damaged? What do I do?
We're sorry your order arrived damaged. It was not our intent. Our packaging is designed and tested to protect out products during shipping.
Unfortunately, damage does sometimes occur. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. Keep all packaging material.
How do I return something?
With some exceptions, if you are not satisfied with your order you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of your receipt for a refund of purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We require that you pay to ship the item back to us. We will not provide refunds for products that are not in their original condition.
Here are the exceptions:
- Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their complete original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on custom products.
- Returns are valid for 30 days from date of receipt.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.
